Feeling of a heartbreak.

Like a rose - with torn petals and prickly thorns
Like thunder bolt - a sudden and massive shot, one-of-a-kind stunner
Like the anguish of separation from loved ones in war and death
The weakened soul and spirit, left solemn and empty
Left to die, without rebirth
A sudden terror strikes
Leaves to bleed
The razor is sharpened
Its blade cuts right through the surface
Every time a heart breaks

Transformed into an idolater
Struck by spineless Fantasy
When did this happen?
How do these emotions take control?
Why does the one who loves so deeply
Fall flat, drastically and completely?

Who can answer these questions?
Or is it nothing but a wreck of emotions
Eating up a premature heart
That does nothing but ache?
Look at each other
Stare into the wonders of the other's eyes
Dream of a beautiful place
where only two can reside
A passion that no one else can destroy
Igneous bliss is dangerous

Like a disaster that leaves people shaking
An orphan who cries out
Famine and extreme thirst
The poverty that bewilders
The jagged dagger that stabs into a wound that was already there
The scars that run through ugly, exposed skin
The carousing of the Devil's breath
Lingering as
Inch by Inch
is taken away.

Each and every day..

There is nothing else that can be taken away
For everything else was stolen
By the kiss of a timeless dream

Each and every day..

.. Turned into an ugly nightmare that haunts

Each and every day..

Time cannot stop the pain.
